Invoicing questions
How much is Maxsello invoicing software?
Invoicing and quotes are included in the Business plan, from £29.99 per month, along with the EPOS till, stock management and online shop. There is no long-term contract.
Can customers pay my invoices online?
Yes. Once you connect your Stripe account, customers can pay invoices online by card, and the payment is recorded against the invoice automatically.
Does it handle VAT?
Yes. Set up your VAT rates once and they are applied to invoice and quote lines, with VAT totals shown on every document. Your VAT number is printed on your invoices.
Can I record part payments?
Yes. Record as many payments as you need against an invoice — by cash, bank transfer, card, cheque or other — and Maxsello keeps track of the balance due.
Is it suitable for sole traders?
Yes. Maxsello is simple enough for a sole trader sending a handful of invoices a month, and grows with you as you add staff, shops and an online store.
